Tiger Talk

Another week is down and we see that 14 rounds are now done, where has the time all gone? The Seniors and Reserves both had days to forget going down to the Two Blues by sizeable margins. Of note was Kurt Wells performance down back for the Tigers. The reserves didn’t go much better, but the older heads of Nichols and Dykes were the Tigers’ best on the day. And what can I say about the Under 18s? They were challenged again before kicking away with 5.1 to 1.0 in the last quarter to win by 50 points over a tough Lindisfarne outfit. Isaak Hovington (6 goals, 3rd mention), Lachie Plummer (4 goals, 1st mention) and Harry Fish (2 goals, 2nd mention) all starred and kept the Tigers undefeated in the Under 18s, now sitting at 13-0, 2 wins and a bye clear on top.

A lot going on at the club, with Saturday Night seeing the Annual Black and Gold Ball at the Clubrooms, a big thanks to Debbie Huxley for organising what we know will be a fantastic night!
